Where do you provide your services, and do you travel?

As a premier event planner based in Martinsburg, PA, we design elevated weddings and social events throughout Central Pennsylvania. We primarily serve clients in and around Blair and Bedford Counties--including Altoona, Hollidaysburg, Bedford, Ebensburg, Huntingdon, and State College.  Travel outside of the Central PA region is considered on a case-by-case basis, schedule permitting. We do not offer international destination wedding planning services.

How is a planner different from an onsite venue coordinator?

A venue coordinator works for the venue to manage its facility and staff. We work exclusively for you. We manage all external vendors, care for your guests, and collaborate with your venue team so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

How much do your wedding planning and coordinating services cost?

Our signature packages start at $2,970. Because every celebration is unique, we customize our packages to fit your exact needs and vision.  Schedule a free initial consultation to receive pricing for your specific situation.

Do you offer day-of coordination or full-service wedding planning?

We offer both coordination and full-service planning. However, we do not provide basic "day-of" or "month-of" support because your investment deserves more protection. Instead, our base coordination packages begin 12 weeks prior to your wedding to effectively execute your vision. For comprehensive planning, our signature package, The Graceful Experience, offers full-service support for up to 18 months. All packages can be customized to fit your needs.
